Whether you are looking for a supportive space to reignite your passions in life or strengthening your ability to manage life's challenges, I work alongside my clients in a collaborative and empowering process. I currently offer individual therapy to adults ages 18 and up, utilizing a humanistic, strengths based approach from a trauma informed lens. I believe that we have the potential to improve quality of life through healing and finding meaning in all stages of life.
Our first session will be about getting to know you,what is bringing you to therapy and developing a plan for how to work towards your personal goals. This can look different for each client and can be short or long term. I utilize a HIPPA compliant online client portal for clients to utilize to review forms, confirm appointments and make payments. FEES
My fee is $120 per 55 minute individual session.
I do not accept insurance but am happy to provide a Super Bill should you choose to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.
I am contracted with Canopy EAP Benefits
I accept credit card payments via Ivy Pay and TheraNest.
Any appointments that are not canceled within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged the full fee.
