Therapy is not for everyone and not everyone needs therapy, but I believe that we all deserve to heal and grow and therapy can be a useful resource in supporting people as they navigate life transitions and challenges. I enjoy using an individualized, creative approach to assist people in connecting with themselves and others more fully while gaining a better understanding of how you would like to exist in the world.
